We can either ingest raw data directly from your marketing platforms via our integration service, or we can ingest daily aggregates.
How long does it take to get onboarded?
It takes between a few days to a couple of weeks to get you onboarded, dependent on the number of marketing platforms and what standards you are looking to control.
How often are standards applied?
If data is ingested directly we apply standards in real-time. If we use aggregated data we apply standards as soon as they have been ingested.
Do I need to do anything on my marketing channels?
No. The great thing about Data DQ is you can manage all your marketing standards from a single platform. If any data is non-compliant you can fix it from Data DQ without having to change anything at source.
How does your pricing work?
Our pricing is scalable dependent on the number of users, marketing channels, campaigns and standards you are tracking.
Can I host a version of Data DQ on my own servers?
Yes. We offer Data DQ as a multi-tenented SaaS platform, but also as a multi-tenented self hosted solution.
